Bones is a witty
crime drama that focuses on the main character (Dr. Temperance Brennan) and her
work at the Jeffersonian Institute (forensic anthropology and archeology) and
in conjunction with the FBI. Each episode
focuses on a different case involving some type of case where the only evidence
left behind are bones. In addition to
the work at the Jeffersonian, the show also focuses on the relationship between
Dr. Brennan “Bones” and her FBI partner (professionally and personally) FBI
Special Agent Seeley Booth. Bones is
very logical and does not typically see the “gray” areas or anything uncertain;
whereas Booth has a foundation of faith.
It is the classic faith vs. science conundrum. Bones and Booth share a newborn baby girl,
Christine. In addition to Bones and
Booth, there are several other characters from the Jeffersonian which are part
of the show.
